Important summary:

- Subscriptions are generally billed monthly in advance.
- Setup fees may be charged at checkout or invoiced separately.
- Customer Reach Data Build fees are one-time or project fees.
- Custom/dealer group plans may require a written quote.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor.
- DealerReach does not store full card numbers.
- Customers may cancel anytime unless a written order says otherwise.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or agreed in writing.
- Prices may not include applicable taxes unless stated. Taxes may be calculated or collected by the payment processor if configured.
- DealerReach should consult an accountant or tax advisor for sales tax obligations.
