DealerReach Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy protects DealerReach, customers, users, service providers, and third parties.

1. Illegal Activity

Do not use DealerReach for illegal activity or to violate any applicable law, rule, contract, or rights of others.

2. Spam or Unlawful Outreach

Do not use DealerReach to send spam, unlawful calls, unlawful emails, unlawful texts, or outreach that violates applicable policies or laws.

3. Harassment or Abuse

Do not use the services for harassment, threats, discrimination, deception, or abusive communications.

4. Uploading Data Without Rights

Do not upload, import, or provide data unless you have the right and authority to do so.

5. Malware and Security Abuse

Do not upload malware, probe systems, bypass controls, attack infrastructure, or interfere with service operation.

6. Credential Sharing

Do not share credentials beyond allowed users or let unauthorized people access the platform.

7. Bypassing Access Controls

Do not attempt to access another customer's data, hidden routes, admin functions, or infrastructure without authorization.

8. Scraping the Platform

Do not scrape, harvest, or bulk extract platform data except through authorized exports.

9. Reverse Engineering

Do not reverse engineer, copy, decompile, or create competing works from the platform except where law prohibits this restriction.

10. Reselling Data

Do not resell, publish, or redistribute data obtained through DealerReach unless expressly agreed in writing.

11. DMS or Vendor Agreement Violations

Do not use DealerReach to violate dealership, OEM, vendor, DMS, or third-party agreements.

12. Sensitive Regulated Data

Do not upload sensitive regulated data without a written agreement covering that data.

13. Abusive Support or Import Use

Do not abuse support, import, research, or onboarding services through misleading instructions, excessive scope, or hostile conduct.
