DealerReach Cancellation Policy

Version 1.0 | Effective June 13, 2026

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Monthly service remains active through the paid month. Quarterly refresh remains active through the paid quarter and is not prorated unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.

1. How to Cancel

Customers may cancel through the billing portal when available or by written notice if the billing portal is unavailable. DealerReach may verify identity and authority before processing cancellation.

2. Cancellation via Billing Portal

If Stripe Customer Portal or another portal is enabled, customers can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through that portal.

3. Written Notice if Portal Unavailable

If the portal is unavailable, email DealerReach with the dealership/company name, purchaser name, account email, and cancellation request.

4. Cancel Anytime

Cancel anytime means cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for the billing period, setup work, research work, or data build work already paid for unless required by law or agreed in writing.

5. Monthly Billing

Monthly CRM plans and monthly refresh subscriptions remain active through the end of the current paid monthly billing period after cancellation. Future monthly renewals stop after cancellation is processed.

6. Quarterly Billing

Quarterly Customer Reach Refresh is billed for a full 3-month period. If a quarterly refresh is canceled during the quarter, service remains active through the end of the paid quarter. Unused months in that quarter are not prorated, refunded, or credited unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.

7. Example 1 - Monthly CRM

If a customer pays for a monthly CRM plan on June 1 and cancels on June 15, access generally remains active through the end of that paid monthly period and the next renewal is stopped.

8. Example 2 - Quarterly Refresh

If a customer pays for quarterly refresh and cancels after the first month of the quarter, refresh remains active through the paid quarter. The remaining unused months in that quarter are not prorated.

9. End of Current Billing Period

Access may continue through the applicable paid billing period unless suspended for breach, misuse, or nonpayment.

10. Access After Cancellation

After the paid period ends, access may be disabled, limited, archived, or removed.

11. Data Export Before Cancellation

Customers should request or download available data exports before cancellation or during any limited post-cancellation export period.

12. Customer Reach Data Build Fees

Customer Reach Data Build fees are one-time research/data-build fees and are generally non-refundable after research begins. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund completed or started data-build work.

Package account counts are up-to caps, data availability varies by market, emails are included when available, and sales/results are not guaranteed.

13. Setup Fees

Setup fees are generally non-refundable after setup/import/onboarding work begins unless required by law or agreed in writing.

14. How to Reactivate

Customers may request reactivation. Reactivation may require updated payment, a new subscription, data restoration feasibility review, or a new setup fee if the prior account was archived or deleted.
