DealerReach Cancellation Policy

Version 1.0 | Effective June 13, 2026

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.

1. How to Cancel

Customers may cancel through the billing portal when available or by written notice if the billing portal is unavailable. DealerReach may verify identity and authority before processing cancellation.

2. Cancellation via Billing Portal

If Stripe Customer Portal or another portal is enabled, customers can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through that portal.

3. Written Notice if Portal Unavailable

If the portal is unavailable, email DealerReach with the dealership/company name, purchaser name, account email, and cancellation request.

4. Effective Date of Cancellation

Unless an Order states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

5. End of Current Billing Period

Access may continue through the paid billing period unless suspended for breach, misuse, or nonpayment.

6. Access After Cancellation

After the paid period ends, access may be disabled, limited, archived, or removed.

7. Data Export Before Cancellation

Customers should request or download available data exports before cancellation or during any limited post-cancellation export period.

8. Customer Reach Data Build Fees

Customer Reach Data Build fees are generally non-refundable after research begins. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund completed or started data-build work.

9. Setup Fees

Setup fees are generally non-refundable after setup/import/onboarding work begins unless required by law or agreed in writing.

10. How to Reactivate

Customers may request reactivation. Reactivation may require updated payment, a new subscription, data restoration feasibility review, or a new setup fee if the prior account was archived or deleted.
