Customer Reach Data Build can be purchased by itself. If you buy Customer Reach without a DealerReach CRM plan, the deliverable is an Excel/CSV spreadsheet containing the researched account data. CRM website access, dashboards, user logins, ongoing notes, and live account tracking are not included unless you also purchase a DealerReach CRM subscription.

If you purchase Customer Reach with a DealerReach CRM plan, we provide the researched spreadsheet and load the accounts into your CRM during setup.
