DMS imports

Works with CSV or Excel exports from your existing DMS reports.

DealerReach does not need direct DMS access to start. A dealership-approved CSV or Excel export is enough.

What you get

Three buying paths, clearly separated.

CRM is the working system. Customer Reach is a researched spreadsheet deliverable. Buying both means DealerReach provides the spreadsheet and loads it into the CRM during setup.

Build CRM + Data Package

Two ways to start

Dealer-Provided Export

  • Lower setup cost
  • Faster start
  • Uses dealer's existing customer/prospect data
  • Best when the dealer can export data from DMS or spreadsheet

Customer Reach Data Build

  • Higher setup cost
  • DealerReach researches the market
  • Best when the dealer does not have a usable list
  • Best for prospecting new shops/fleets/accounts
  • Can be purchased by itself as an Excel/CSV spreadsheet deliverable
  • Can also be loaded into DealerReach CRM when a CRM plan is purchased

No official integration claim required.

DealerReach can work from exports from CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds, Tekion, other DMS systems, Excel files, and existing spreadsheets. This public site does not claim an official integration with those systems.

DealerReach can preserve DMS customer/account numbers so your team can connect CRM follow-up back to the original DMS account.

Pricing codes such as Cost +10%, List -32%, Fleet, Wholesale, or Matrix A can be imported or edited manually so the team understands the account's pricing relationship.
