We may collect account information, dealership and business information, CRM data, imported files, Customer Reach project details, usage data, and billing-related information.

This Privacy Policy explains how DealerReach collects, uses, shares, and protects information for the public demo site, DealerReach CRM, imports, Customer Reach Data Build services, billing, and support.
The public demo uses fake sample data. Dealership customer data should only be provided by someone with proper authority.
We may collect account information, dealership and business information, CRM data, imported files, Customer Reach project details, usage data, and billing-related information.
Account information may include names, business emails, phone numbers, role/title, login details, company/dealership name, and authorized user settings.
DealerReach may collect store names, addresses, DMS system names, route information, department details, user counts, and business workflow preferences.
CRM data may include account names, business contacts, notes, statuses, owners, follow-up dates, route codes, account types, emails when available, phone numbers, addresses, and related activity.
Imported data may come from dealership-approved CSV, Excel, or other files. Customer is responsible for having authority to provide that data.
Customer Reach Data Build may use publicly available or business information sources where available to research account names, phone numbers, addresses, websites, available emails, account types, and market notes.
Payment card data is handled by payment processors such as Stripe. DealerReach does not store full card numbers or raw card security codes.
We may collect technical and usage data such as pages visited, browser type, device details, IP-derived information, log data, feature usage, and error information.
The public demo may use browser localStorage for demo-only state. Production deployments may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics.
We use information to provide the services, operate the CRM, import data, perform setup and research, support users, process billing, secure the platform, improve workflows, and communicate with customers.
We may share information with service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, support tools, legal/compliance advisors, or as required to operate the services. We do not sell dealership CRM data as a list.
Service providers may process information for hosting, databases, payments, email, analytics, support, security, storage, or similar business purposes.
Stripe or another payment processor may receive billing contact details, payment method details, transaction records, and related metadata under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may use or disclose information to comply with law, respond to legal process, enforce terms, protect rights, prevent fraud, or address security issues.
We retain information as needed for services, billing, legal, accounting, security, backup, dispute, and operational purposes. Demo browser state may be cleared by the browser.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Customers should manage user access and report suspected unauthorized activity.
Customers may request access, export, correction, or deletion of Customer Data subject to legal, security, backup, and operational limits.
DealerReach is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
DealerReach is operated for U.S. business customers with an Indiana business focus. Customers outside this context should request written review before using the services.
